The Old Glory Relay is a national movement showcasing the strength, grit and commitment of Veterans in support of their health and well-being.

Over a 50-day period (April 1 to May 20), supporters will unite to walk, run, push and cycle an American flag more than 4,000 miles from Seattle, Washington, to Atlanta, Georgia, in the 2023 Old Glory Relay. Rooted in an epic display of patriotism, the Old Glory Relay epitomizes what Team Red, White & Blue (Team RWB) is all about, showing our nation’s Veterans that their best days are ahead through a strong focus on health and wellness. The relay will make its way through Washington State, Oregon, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Arkansas Tennessee, and Georgia.

For the event, Team RWB is seeking volunteer leg captains. Leg captains keep participant teams safe, study the entire course for their assigned day, coordinate travel for participants throughout the day, select the starting point for their leg and much more. Leg leaders also receive exclusive Team RWB swag as a thank you!

Team RWB also hosting its Eagle Expeditions

Separately, Team RWB Eagle Expeditions are back for the 2023 season! Team RWB Eagles have the chance to embark on epic adventures that challenge the body, humble the spirit and encourage camaraderie to last a lifetime. This year, expeditions can be found in nearly every corner of the country, from the Smoky Mountains in North Carolina to the Olympic Mountains in Washington State to the pristine remote archipelagos of the Boundary Waters in Minnesota. It’s going to be a year to remember on the trail, the water and the yoga mat.

Team Red, White & Blue is still working out the details on its Eagle Expeditions. Download the Team RWB app and be the first to get updates!

Team RWB’s vision is centered on forging America’s leading health and wellness community for Veterans. In the military, service members push the limits of their well-being to support the mission. That selfless service posture has always been necessary because service members of every era knew they may be called to war. As they transition to civilian life, many Veterans carry that mission-first mindset with them, neglecting their health in the process.

Team RWB exists to guide Veterans through that journey with real-life and virtual opportunities focused on building a healthier lifestyle. A strong focus on mental and physical health is critical to ensuring that the best days of Veterans are ahead.
