The app is designed to simplify everyday tasks, making VA services more accessible than ever before.

Many of us are seniors and not able to fully get the hang of new sign up. I am not a computer nerd. This is too hard to sign up and understand. I have tried several times. I had the old system and I had no trouble. It was easy to understand. This is too hard. I would like some one at the LOCAL Va. to be able to make appointment and have help signing in. I miss not being able to order my husbands meds and seeing if something was already shipped? Now I have to call every time.
