I serve as a Police Officer and as a Chief of Police. It truly was an honor to wear the badge, walk the halls at four different VA Medical Centers. Interacting with staff, patients, visitors and more. I was there when we only had a canister of mace that was tested on your face. Then the PR-24 of which I became an instructor. Finally fire arms. From one week training at Little Rock, to specialize training. The VA Police from my station was call upon to assist in New Orleans , even had an officer assist in Atlanta at the Olympic Games. It is an exciting career.
