Each year, VA and the Veterans Day National Committee (VDNC) work together to select a poster to help tell the story of service, sacrifice and gratitude on Veterans Day. The poster serves as the visual centerpiece for the Nation’s Veterans Day observance and reflects the pride and patriotism Americans share in honoring those who wore the uniform.

The poster that will represent Veterans Day this year brings together the enduring symbols of our Nation’s history with the continued legacy of military service, and recognizes America’s 250th anniversary. This year’s design combines the modern American flag with an early American flag, visually connecting the founding of the United States with the generations of Veterans who have defended its freedoms.

The poster will be displayed in VA facilities, military installations and municipal buildings across America. It will also serve as the cover of the official program for the Veterans Day commemoration at Arlington National Cemetery on Nov. 11, 2026. It’s also available for download online.

The Poster looks terrific! As I’m reading this article about the poster, the MLB All-Star game is just starting and I’m listening and watching an honor guard as the Star Spangled Banner is being beautifully sung.

I thought the theme was: “Veterans Helping Veterans and Their Families.” for 2026. (Did I miss an update maybe?) This is not really a call out to that. Why not just make the contest open if you do not plan on judging on the theme given.

God given rights man cannot take away no matter how hard they may try…

Kirt Love here once more. Stating VA leadership still believes the only
people it has to answer to are elite wealthy or friends of. You can see
this on there LinkedIn accounts. How proud they are to only talk to
loyalist and ____ kissers. Pre chosen people who wont push buttons.

People like myself try to meet with VA agencies to get heard. Only to find
like the VA RAC meets once a year virtual, and its members have private
meetings with DOW and others. Keeping known veterans away such as
me. Media falsely reporting our issues as they edit out many facts.

I just got published with the CDC ALS registry folks on Diagnostic differences
between military and non-military. That took over a year. Only they wont
publish hard data about we are loosing 3 vets a day to ALS. 1,000 a year.
VA is all to happy to keep that a secret.

Cant believe all the opposition to the adipose fatty tissue biopsy when the
EPA did it for 20 years starting in 1972. Its not witch craft, or made up. VA could
be using GCMS to map toxins in veterans adipose fatty tissues. Prove what is
bothering us rather than say “we dont know”.

Pre post serum tissues from DODSR can prove that something changed in our
DNA after a war. Gulf war vets have genetic damage and sequencing our 1989
HIV serum samples show what we were like before the war. It can be done since
2019. the na current sample showing which genes changed. Another hard example
instead of VA throwing up its hands.

Im fighting with NARA to show they are concealing the OSAGWI specialty files that
prove the researchers bullied veterans from 1997 to 2000. In there is my own files
and what investigators did with that. Like nuclear incidents north of us and the
dirty fall out mixed in the sands of Shamal winds coming our way. One of thousands
of incidents OSAGWI covered up, and Sen Warren Rudman of PSOB helped them
    to conceal.

The 1994 Senator Donald Reigles hearing files are available for release at Senate
library. The classified portions. Just need James Tuite III to sign off on it. That is
30 years now. Even the Top Secret should be released.

I can go on and on here. Im a subject matter expert working this past 40,000 hours
over 28 years. Served on a VA committee once. ACGWV. Lots to offer. Nope, VA
would rather sit in silence and not publish stats. Is the death rate 186,000 or is
it 310,000 that most suspect. VA will never say. GWVIS would have.

Your not doing better without veterans like myself. Its time to bring us to the
table and just let us do our thing. 34 years of waiting folks. I want real change.
