At VA Careers, we strive to provide qualified health care professionals the resources they need to easily learn about, search for, and apply to jobs at VA. If you’re a recent graduated looking to begin your career at VA, we encourage you to check out a new feature on the homepage – an interactive map that makes searching for a job both quick and straightforward.
With this tool, you can:
- Search jobs by keyword, job type and/or location
- Sort by most recent postings, location or application deadline
- The “find me” feature pinpoints your location and shows the closest available VA openings
- The “draw” function allows you to physically draw where on the map you would like to explore openings
- See exactly how many available positions are in each city & state
- Explore the job description and click to apply directly on the map
In addition to the homepage map, you can also browse jobs directly from the “Jobs at VA” tab on our Facebook page. Here, you can explore openings in your area, find individuals in your network who currently work at VA, share jobs to your Facebook friends and sign up to receive email or text notifications for relevant jobs.
