The PACT Act expands access to VA disability compensation for Vietnam Veterans.

New legislation has expanded eligibility for VA DIC. If you’re the survivor of a service member who died in the line of duty or a Veteran who died from a service-related injury or illness, you may qualify.

Today, VA announced its eighth update: respiratory, auditory, and mental disorders body systems.

The latest update in the VA Schedule for Rating Disabilities (VASRD) at Title 38 Code of Federal Regulations is for genitourinary and cardiovascular regulations. The newest regulations take effect on Nov. 14.
