VA, in collaboration with non-governmental organizations, hosts a series of monthly job fairs across the country for service members and Veterans. Whether you are looking for a job or considering a change in career path, attending one of these fairs in-person or virtually can be an excellent way to start or advance your civilian job search.

Nearly 300 job applicants participated in a VA job fair dedicated to filling positions ranging from registered nurses to medical technologists.

Applicants in Augusta received job offers, filling old vacancies and making room for new ones. Hiring event resulted in nearly 200 same-day job offers.

Calling all Veteran job seekers: VA’s Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E) Service is proud to announce its very first Veterans’ Virtual Career Fair on Friday, July 30, 2021!

VA job fairs play a pivotal role in the future of military Veterans. Although “National Hire a Veteran Day” is only observed July 25, the department’s goal is to provide training resources and employment opportunities throughout the entire year to Veterans transitioning from military life.
