At VA, we recognize that there are numerous costs associated with continuing your education, but with our education support programs, we want to help you find a little relief and get on your way to a career filled with satisfaction as you serve those who have served.
Interested? Sure you are! So here are just a few of the programs we have available.
- The Health Professional Scholarship Program (HPSP) awards scholarships to students receiving education or training in a direct or indirect health care services discipline.
- The Visual Impairment and Orientation and Mobility Professionals Scholarship Program (VIOMPSP) awards scholarships to students seeking a degree or certificate in visual impairment or orientation and mobility.
For those interested in continuing their educations, we offer multiple tax-free options to help you cover the costs of tuition, fees and even books.
We haven’t forgotten about those of you who have already graduated, either. VA offers several student loan forgiveness programs designed to help ease your burden and let you focus on what’s most important: healing our Veterans.
