Today’s #VeteranOfTheDay is Michael Le Buhn.
Michael enlisted in the Army in 2005.
He served with 15th Finance Battalion from 2006-2009 and deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom for 14 months during that time. Michael was awarded a Purple Heart for an injury he took from a blast.
He went on to serve with White House Communications Agency in 2009 until his discharge in 2013.
Michael is a graduate of University of Illinois and a Veteran Consultant for Kankakee Community College.
He is currently pursuing a career in comedy.
