Today’s #VeteranOfTheDay is Army Veteran Lillian Garner.
Lillian joined the Army in 2002 at the age of 21.
She worked as correctional specialist with the 795th Military Police Battalion, then with the 40th Military Police Detachment In Fort Sill, Oklahoma at the Fort Sill Regional Correctional facility. She also worked with the 705th Military Police Battalion as a correctional officer at the U.S. Disciplinary Barracks in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.
Lillian separated from the Army in 2005 and married a fellow Veteran. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology. She currently stays home with her three children.
