Today’s #VeteranOfTheDay is Air Force Veteran Genesee Roberts. Genessee joined the Air Force in 2011 and serves in combat arms training and maintenance, and as a security forces specialist. She has been stationed at Lackland Air Force Base and currently serves in the Nevada Air National Guard in Reno, Nevada. In the guard, whe was nominated to represent the state of Nevada at the Enlisted Leadership Symposium in Kingwood, West Virginia.

Genesee works full time for the Northern Nevada Veterans Resource Center supporting homeless veterans. She also serves as a certified Veterans Advocate in the community.
