Today’s #VeteranOfTheDay is David Major.
Dave served from 1987 to 2008 in the Army.
He served with 1st BN, 34th Armor, 1st Infantry Division “Big Red One” during Operation Desert Shield in 1991.
After retirement from the military, Dave moved back home to Arkansas with his wife and two daughters. He spends his free time hiking in the Ozark Mountains. He was also inducted into the Arkansas Military Veterans’ Hall of Fame, Class of 2015.
