Today’s #VeteranOfTheDay is John Milazzo, Sr.
John enlisted in the Army in 1957. He graduated from the Army Medical Service School at Fort Sam in Houston, Texas and served as a Surgeon’s Assistant.
He posted overseas with the 7th Evacuation Hospital, spending time in Germany and Sicily. He was proudly honored as Soldier of the Month in January 1959.
John passed away in February 2017.
We honor his service.
