FourBlock delivers a suite of in-person and online programming designed specifically for individuals at every stage of their transition. Twice a year, transitioning service members and Veterans can apply to participate in FourBlock’s flagship Veteran Career Readiness Program. Available in select cities across the country and online, participants receive one-on-one coaching, expert guidance, connections to employers and, upon completion, a customized, actionable career search strategy. Similarly, FourBlock’s dynamic Military Spouse Career Readiness Program supports military spouses looking to return to work or pivot into new careers. The free, six-week virtual course applies skills learned during military service to build character and adopt practical strategies to navigate challenges.
