    In your list above, there are zero postings for MO and KS. I would remind you that we have a very large Veteran contingent here in both states as we have major cities of St. Louis, Kansas City (MO & KS), Topeka, and Wichita.

    My neighbor was on a Contract at Fort Riley, KS within the Aviation Mechanic and Technology realm and the 5 year contract was ended early in its 3rd year due to budget cutbacks and now he and several others that were not offered transfers to subsidiaries have been left flapping in the wind with the real possibility of having to move, like sell his home, just find another opportunity which most dont offer him what he had achieved with that company. So, at 52 it is like he is having to start over and that is not something that anyone wants to do at that age.

    All i am saying is this, make sure you are also posting and providing opportunities for Veterans in our Region because what i see is that all too often the Heartland is overlooked.
