In line with the MyVA initiative, VBA is working harder than ever before to deliver faster, better, and more consistent claims decisions to Veterans. And the initial results are promising: The claims backlog is now down nearly 90 percent from a peak of more than 600,000. At the same time, VA is providing record numbers of benefits to Veterans to help them earn a degree, get back to work, buy a home, and much more.
Here’s a look at VBA’s progress and plans for carrying our momentum into 2017.
