During the time Sabra Lynn Campbell served in the Army, she was responsible for processing orders as well as ordering, maintaining, and tracking classified and non-classified high priority parts necessary for her units. She performed weekly preventative maintenance checks and service reports on all equipment. She also worked with other soldiers to order, track and repair defects.
Campbell maintained the status, supply and inventory of necessary classified parts for unit readiness. She was responsible for receiving, storing and issuing materials, equipment, and parts from the stockroom, warehouse and storage yard. She also coordinated activities surrounding procuring goods and services from suppliers.
Her tours include Operation Desert Thunder in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and and a joint task force operation in Fort Stewart, Georgia. During her service, she received an Army Commendation Medal and two Army Achievement Medals.
Campbell’s last assignment was with A-Battery 1-1 Air Defense Artillery supply chain management in 2014.
In 2008, Campbell graduated with a Master of Business Administration with the honor of summa cum laude. She currently serves as a senior buyer with an oil and gas manufacturing company. She is also a community advocate against child abuse and sex trafficking, and keynote speaker assisting others recovering from sexual trauma and abuse.
Campbell currently resides in Abilene, Texas, where she is the mother of four young adults and grandmother of four grandchildren.
