VA deploys the Federal Electronic Health Record system at three VA hospitals in Indiana – the Northern Indiana Health Care System’s hospitals in Fort Wayne and Marion, and the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis. The system was also deployed at 16 clinics associated with those medical centers throughout Indiana.
VA deploys new Federal Electronic Health Record system at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center, Chillicothe VA Medical Center, Dayton VA Medical Center, and the Cincinnati VA Medical Center-Fort Thomas.
VA targets 2026 for completing Federal Electronic Health Record system deployment at nine additional sites.
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, and Federal Electronic Health Record Modernization office launched the Federal Electronic Health Record (EHR) at the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (Lovell FHCC) in North Chicago, Illinois.
