Calling all Veteran visual artists! The National July 4th Veterans Art Competition is now accepting submissions.
Operation Gratitude and Challenge America are inviting Veteran artists to honor the service and sacrifice of active-duty service members, Veterans and first responders by participating in the National July 4th Veterans Art Competition.
The art competition offers Veteran artists a unique opportunity to showcase their talent and recognize all those who have sworn an oath to serve this great country.
Throughout the month of April, Veterans are encouraged to submit original painted or drawn art under the theme, “Show Your Patriotism.” A panel of judges will select the top 10 visual submissions as finalists, with the top three winners selected by popular vote.
Winning work will be printed on thousands of postcards and placed inside Operation Gratitude care packages. These postcards will also feature heartfelt messages from grateful Americans to service members, Veterans and first responders.
The deadline for submissions is April 29.
