Veterans know that innovation is a necessity to overcome challenges, and at VA, we’ve spent decades leading the way when it comes to new means of providing care to Veterans. While most of the world has only recently discovered remote work and virtual opportunities, VA has been leading a telehealth revolution for 20 years.

Since its founding in 2003, VA Telehealth Services has expanded on VA’s long history of using technology to deliver care. Today, VA is recognized as a world leader in the development and use of telehealth, and last year provided care to more than 2.3 million Veterans through our telehealth resources.

As we enhance the spectrum of clinical care, we adapt new technologies and apply it to the work we do. From cancer research to rehabilitation and beyond, telehealth services have connected us to patients — and to each other—in new and exciting ways.

And with those innovations come new opportunities, new jobs and new ways to advance your career. Whether it is working in a Clinical Resource Hub that connects you to Veterans far and wide, or employing telehealth technologies to remotely monitor the Veterans under your care, we’re changing what it means to work at VA.
