I read with a great deal of interest on the yoga/PTSD help. If only it was so easy! I’ve been dealing with PTSD/Agent Orange/Asbestos related lung problems for almost 40 years now and nothing—absolutely nothing–helps the depression, anger and now the political resentment that at random times race across my mind. You’re extremely fortunate.
    Keep on keepin’ on. DG
