VA LEADERSHIP WITHOUT THE BLACK MALE PROPER REPRESENTATION. BLACK MALES HAVE FOUGHT, DIED, AND SUFFERED BOTH ON THE BATTLEFIELD AND BACK HOME THROUGH MASS LYNCHING DUE TO WHITE FEAR OF THEIR FIGHTING STRENGTH, SKILLS, AND CAPABILITIES. NEVER PLACED IN LEADERSHIP, MILITARY ACADEMY FOR OPPORTUNITIES, JOBS, LOANS FOR BUSINESSES, ADVANCEMENTS FOR THEIR FAMILIES AND MUCH MORE. TO BE REPLACED BY FEMALES THAT DID NOT CONTRIBUTED THE EQUAL SHARE OF PAIN AND DEATH. A CONSTANT CHALLENGE OF “WHITE MALE SUPREMACY”. THE FEMALE ABOVE THE BLACK MAN. THE ONE HE TRULY FEARS, AND ESPECIALLY A BLACK MAN WITH A BRAIN. WE SAVE THIS COUNTRY IN EVERY MAJOR BATTLE AND CONFLICT TO BE LEFT OUT BY RACIAL FEAR FROM “WHITE POWER” OFAYS.
