To help commemorate Veterans Month, VA’s Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E) and Military Hire announce the “Breaking the Walls Down! Serving Those Who Served Virtual Career and Resources Fair.” The event will be open to all Veterans, service members and military spouses, and it will take place virtually on Wednesday, Nov. 8, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET.

This event will feature many top federal and private employers who are hiring for well-paying positions and community resources around the country.

Who is eligible?

All Veterans, service members and military spouses are eligible to participate. Since the fair also includes other resources, you do not have to be seeking employment to attend.

When is the Event?

The event will take place online on Wednesday, Nov. 8, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET.

How does it work?

Participants will be able to network with recruiters, apply for vacancies and learn about various community resources and career opportunities. Job seeking attendees should try to have resumes prepared in advance.
