    Why is it most Veteran only positions are in housekeeping and Dietary?

    Also many positions for veterans who are fully qualified can’t apply because they are internal only based on union agreements.

    VA refused to hire me as an experienced respiratory therapist and combat veteran in 2000. Told me I filled no quotas. White, middle aged, experienced, educated. That is their version of affirmative action.

    We need to do away with affirmative action. I want the best to be working on or for me.
