VA Secretary Bob McDonald will address the final MyVA Advisory Committee meeting of this administration at Georgetown University next Tuesday, Jan. 10 at 8:15 a.m. EST.

Established a little less than two years ago, the committee works with VA, allowing the department to learn from a team of skilled experts.  These leaders in business, medicine and Veteran advocacy work with VA to explore and implement strategies for the best way forward for the agency.

The secretary’s speech, “The State of VA: Putting Veterans First,” will focus on the ongoing MyVA transformation, which is putting Veterans first and highlight the  work VA has accomplished over the last two years.

The address will be carried live online and via Facebook Live.  Watch via the VA website at  http://www.va.gov/opa/live.asp or follow VA on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/VeteransAffairs.
