Today’s #VeteranOfTheDay is Air Force Veteran Edward James Kaspar. Edward served during the Cuban Missile Crisis.
Edward served as an Air Force carpenter for four years. During the Cuban Missile Crisis, Edward was responsible for guarding a United States Missile Silo.
Following his service, Edward contributed to the black box program for United States Intelligence. He now resides in Shepherdsville, Kentucky.
