Today’s #VeteranOfTheDay is Army Veteran Audrie Marie Chandler. Marie served from 2000 to 2004.
Marie enlisted in the Army in Feb 2000 and was assigned to HHC 70th Engineers, 3rd Brigade, 1st Armor Division out of Fort Riley, Kansas. She deployed with the unit to Bagdad Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from April 2003 to November 2003. After leaving the service, Marie went on to become a Wildland Firefighter with the USDA Forest Service.
