Sixty-two days. Nine states. 2,500 miles. From Sept. 11 through Nov. 11, Veterans and supporters will run, walk, and hike side by side. They will carry an American flag from New York to Georgia in honor of our nation’s Veterans.
Relay returns after 2 year hiatus
This year, the Team Red, White & Blue (Team RWB) Old Glory Relay returns after a two-year hiatus. Team RWB and the relay support America’s Veterans by helping them find lasting fulfillment through the creation of deep bonds with other Veterans and civilian supporters.
As a nonprofit organization that offers a health and wellness community for Veterans and civilians; Team RWB provides virtual and local, consistent, and inclusive opportunities for Veterans and the community to connect through physical and social activity through its nearly 200 chapters nationwide and the Team RWB App.
“The Old Glory Relay is a patriotic way to pursue our mission as we pass an American Flag that will ultimately connect thousands of Americans and countless communities over its more than 2,000-mile journey,” said Mike Erwin, Executive Director of Team RWB.
How can you participate?
Veterans and community supporters of all ages and abilities nationwide are welcome to participate in the Old Glory Relay. Join Team RWB to run, walk, or hike with the flag in person or participate virtually from their communities.
Interested participants who are located near or would like to travel to New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia can register to run with the flag during a leg of the 62-day event. 
Several states including Wisconsin, Louisiana, and Missouri, among others, are hosting local shadow runs. To see if there is a shadow run near you, join Team RWB and search for local events in the Team RWB App.
Participants are invited to virtually run, walk, or hike an American flag wherever they are during the 62-day trek between Sept. 11 and Nov. 11 alongside Eagle Nation in spirit. Virtual participants should register here to secure their Old Glory Relay exclusive gear.

Last time i checked, there’s not a flag that represents all 36 American countries.
If you’ll notice, our uniforms say “US”.
Let me know when there’s an event for the US flag.

I’d LOVE to see a West Coast run as well, I am in Las Vegas, NV but could and would travel to any West coast state.
I am in Southern California and would love to participate if this event ever comes to the West Coast.
