VA’s life insurance program received a strong customer satisfaction score of 81 on a scale of 100 from the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), an independent survey that scores customer satisfaction for more than 300 private companies and federal and local government agencies.

“Big data” in health care is a term used to describe complex and very large data sets that have evolved since the inception of electronic health records. VA now has over one-billion data points available to assess Veteran health.
VA announced that it has amended its enrollment regulations to allow Veterans to complete applications for enrollment in VA health care by telephone without the need for a signed paper application.
Veterans can now work directly with VA to resolve debt collection issues resulting from inappropriate or delayed Choice Program billing.
