Wreaths Across America is synchronized with Arlington National Cemetery on the same day and time, with over 13,000 wreaths placed at headstones.
This year, National Wreaths Across America Day is on Sat. Dec. 16, and will take place at more than 4,200 participating locations across the country. This total, which includes Arlington National Cemetery, is more than 500 above last year’s total.
Enter Wreaths Across America Radio (WAA Radio), a 24-7 internet radio station that airs podcasts and radio shows aimed at educating and entertaining Veterans.
VA Secretary Robert L. Wilkie said while COVID-19 scaled down Wreaths Across America events, they still ensure people remember Veterans.
Veterans and their families can participate in Wreaths Across America in national cemeteries, but there will be restrictions due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Each December on National Wreaths Across America Day, the mission to honor fallen Veterans is carried out with wreath-laying ceremonies at cemeteries across the U.S. and abroad.

This Saturday, Dec. 16, volunteers will place holiday wreaths to honor and remember America’s Veterans at more than 100 VA national cemeteries as part of the annual Wreaths Across America event.
