A lot of people use butter or oil for cooking. My dad was a bridal diabetic. They told me I would be giving myself shots in 6 months. Most people do think not me know the way, and I do not. In time I learned that with a lot of meat that I have to cook in a skillet, if I use a little water, it still was good (I could not tell the difference ) that it helped and made it where most of the fat was gone from the dish.
