For you new graduates out there, this is an exciting time! You’re leaving behind your college classrooms and putting your hard-earned education to work. Your perfect job awaits you, so let’s get you ready to put your best foot forward when you meet those hiring managers.
We expect that some of you (perhaps all of you!) will want to come join our team here at VA, so we’ve put together a few tips to get you ready for our application process. While we can’t guarantee these will get you the job, they should help you get a better idea of what to expect when you apply.

There is also one more very special tip that helps you understand the process. We use that word intentionally, because like with most jobs, applying to work at VA is a process, but with proper preparation, there’s no reason you can’t be successful.
