Above all else, we aim to provide exceptional care for our Veterans every day. And we do whatever it takes to ensure our nurses can perform their duties at the highest level. When they express a need, we respond as quickly and efficiently as possible. That’s why we’re seeking passionate, skilled nurses to join our facility in Little Rock, Arkansas, and we’re advancing our multi-point plan to address the requests of our nursing staff. We encourage our nurses to advocate for their patients and voice their concerns, confident that VA will respond in a way that exemplifies our dedication to our staff and our Veterans. Because we understand that achieving an appropriate balance between patients and staff is important to the wellbeing our nurses and vital to the safety of our Veterans.
