    I am currently LPN and I am working part time at Psychiatric facility. I am not happy with my job environment. I am wondering if VA can help me find another job. I am an active military for 8 years and about do finish my 3 years reserve enlistment. Please, help.

    I am a woman veteran and a RN I would love to see title 38 removed permanently because I feel that the non veterans who have hired their lazy non veteran buddies to fill professional positions is detrimental to veterans health care. I have seen it over and over how the lazy non veteran nurses want to sit on the rears and do nothing. Not only that they are not trustworthy. I fill out an form when I transferred from one VA to another. I decided that I had made the wrong decision and applied for my old job back. But due what I had put on my exit interview card which is suppose to be kept private and not get back to the supervisors lied. I had told that the supervisors in our department would not allow staff to take vacation during the holidays but they themselves did. I put that it lowered the moral in the department. It got back to the supervisor because she herself confronted me about it. I never got a job a another VA again. Both of those supervisors were none veterans and do not know the meaning of private nor do they know what veterans preference is all about. Until Title 38 is repelled and the veterans preference for professional have priority then the VA will still have low scores of satisfaction. When you have non veterans taking care of veterans they do not give a hoot about you and most don’t respect you. We need Title 38 repelled and all complaints against any VA should not be revealed where the complaint comes from. That nurse supervisor wasted a lot of VA money training another RN for the same job and the last evaluation I got from that VA showed that I had above average on all of my scores.

    Does Champva provide for disabled person with household cleaning? Will Champva ever provide for hearing aides? My husband had hearing aides, would I be able to use those?

    My name is Judy D, McLeish.

    I served during Desert Storm in the 377th CSH as an RN and achieved the rank of Captain. I have applied to the VA multiple times for positions in the Middle Tennessee and have either heard nothing back or that the position is no longer being filled.

    I see in the news where the VA is desperate for Nurses in various positions and do not understand why I have not heard back about the positions that were still going to be filled.

    For obvious reasons I am keen to do my part in taking care of the Veterans who require care.

    Can you please advise?
