Today’s #VeteranOfTheDay is Christine Bartridge-Dills.
Christine served in the Air Force from 1974 to 1993, rising to the rank of Master Sergeant.
During that time, she spent 12 years serving in Air Force Recruiting, brining in hundreds of deserving men and women. She was the Top Physician Recruiter in San Diego in 1988.
She went on to work for the DOD Defense Logistics Agency where she continued to serve. She volunteered for a deployment and, at the age of 54, served in Kabul, Afghanistan from August 2013 to February 2014.
She currently works with Department of the Navy for NAVFAC Public Works Naval Academy in Annapolis.
She has one son in the Navy and another reporting to Marine Corps boot camp in October.
Thank you for your service, Christine! We look forward to honoring your sons as Veteran of the Day when they’ve completed their tour of duty.
