The University of Central Oklahoma’s Veteran Orientation is an annual event, which connects Veterans and service members with government agencies and non-profit organizations that can assist them with reintegration into the civilian world as well as help them succeed in the academic environment.
For this year’s orientation more than 15 organizations participated including: from state and federal Veterans affairs and non-profits such as: Team Rubicon, the Wounded Warriors Project and the American Red Cross. Attendees and their families got to speak with representatives from each of these organizations and participate in various games, competitions and raffle prizes.
