Customer service, stability and quality care for Veterans remain top priorities for VA Secretary Robert Wilkie. He reinforced that while visiting VA medical facilities and attending national Veteran engagements in three states last week.

Even one Veteran, or service member lost to suicide is too many. VA is working hard to prevent that, through efforts like this critically important order.

As part of ongoing efforts to review VA facility operations and explore partnership opportunities, Acting VA Secretary Peter O’Rourke made several stops in Tennessee on Wednesday, June 27. 

O’Rourke says the best practices now in place at the Manchester VA Medical Center can be applicable to markets and regions across the Veterans Health Administration.
