As the needs of our Veterans grow, VA grows with them. This year brings the opening of a number of new facilities for us, including:

Charlotte VA Health Center, Charlotte, NC

Sitting on a 35-acre site, this five story brick-and-glass building, will be one of the largest VA centers in the country, according to the Charlotte Observer.

Kernersville VA Health Center, Kernersville, NC

Ninety miles up the road from Charlotte, the Kernersville VA Health Care Center will treat up to 40,000 Veterans a year. The Triad Business Journal reports the facility is four times larger than the one it’s replacing in nearby Winston-Salem.

Tavares Community Based Outpatient Clinic, Tavares, FL

This facility, which is almost 10,000 square feet, provides a broad range of medical services, such as primary care, psychology, medication management and telehealth.

Cheyenne VA Medical Center – Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Facility, Cheyenne, WY

Opened in February, the new residential rehabilitation treatment facility will help Veterans transitioning from inpatient to outpatient care. Paul Roberts, VA’s interim medical center director, tells the Wyoming Tribune Eagle:

“For 30 to 45 days, we can take a veteran who is struggling a little bit more with PTSD and substance abuse and get him or her some focused treatment in this type of setting. And then help rehab them and facilitate them re-entering their family life.”

As VA expands its footprint and touches the lives of the brave men and women who served our country, we are rapidly expanding the number of career opportunities available for you. U can say many thing with new building, it personally within to direct the veterans to the right clinic, not big brother telling nurses doctor what the can and can not do. I they big brother puppet Master the doc like one I’ve been in , I seen more bs appointment with wrong clinics, refused go to the clinic , and was told they could not cc me no more because I can not control my burn nerve pain. So it may take 2 yrs build yr to find personal , it took 15 yrs build parking ramp in Iowa c it va. Who knows Republican may shut it down like our increase , freeze pass yr and talk. A 1.2 % for this yr try 2.2 it’s in Congress and Senate for approval , while sit BUTT’S give them selves a 25% raise ,. So who telling the truth, here letting veterans get piss poor service in heath care give better to Mexican jump the broder
