Lead in Veterans’ health today and innovate for tomorrow by applying to become a U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) medical center Executive Director.
Applicants with medical or administrative backgrounds are invited to apply for the job, which involves overseeing the delivery of healthcare at inpatient, outpatient and associated VA facilities and providing the vision and strategy to move the medical centers forward.
Six positions are currently open in Fresno, California; Fort Harrison, Montana; Hampton, Virginia; Lexington, Kentucky; Saint Cloud, Minnesota; and Temple, Texas.
“The talented individuals who fill these positions not only perform top-line administrative and executive functions,” said Darren Sherrard, Associate Director of Recruitment and Marketing at VA, “they also establish the culture and vision for the delivery of Veterans’ healthcare at their specific centers and beyond.”
