    This work/life balance isn’t possible, when you work in a department that is below 30 percent staffed, and all vacant positions have to get approval from a committee, due to the ‘Agency’ being over budget. Somehow we did manage to fill multiple higher GS level positions. The lower GS level employees feel the crunch, and it will only get worse with our incoming president.
