One of the best ways would be for the VA DBC to quit illegally retaliate against veterans for submitting complaints against VA staff, by Patient record Flagging them falsely as violent criminals. And then when veterans are flagged, the VA DBC take away all forms of problem solving like access to the VA Patient Advocate and VA Police for filing reports against VA staff that file false VA Police reports. Even the VA OIG looks the other way, as they are just there to protect the VA staff, not the veterans.
I have been dealing with these VA criminal acts and documenting them via FOIA requests since 2010.
