Medallia is offering their Operational Customer Experience Management Certificate program free of charge during Veterans Month 2020.
About the program
Today’s business environment is information rich. Organizations are looking to use their customer feedback and other data to help them build a better product or service.
This profession is customer experience (CX) management. LinkedIn.com jobs (Veterans get a year of premium LinkedIn) has 70K+ jobs matching the search term “customer experience manager.” Many of these positions are remote.
The demand for CX experts continues to increase as more organizations understand the impact of trust on their bottom line. For example, VA has taken deliberate steps to hardwire customer experience in VA culture. VA recently hosted a State of Veteran Customer Experience event which included videos from VA corporate partners like T-Mobile, Phillips, USAA, Walmart and Amazon). Additionally, Veteran Service Organizations shared their CX innovations and efforts to improve services for Veterans.
