Rishi Sharma is on a mission to talk to World War II Veterans and record their experiences. "My biggest heroes are the combat Veterans of World War II," he shared.
Earlier this month, the Honor Flight Columbus organization out of Ohio sent the city’s first all-women Veterans’ Honor Flight to the nation’s capital.
More than 100 additional Honor Flights from around the nation are planned through December with the last for the year currently scheduled for Pearl Harbor Day.

Julia Kabance is the oldest member of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation, one of a handful of remaining Native American Veterans from WWII and a life member of American Legion We-Ta-Se Post 410.
